Advice for Men Buying Lingerie For Valentine's Day

I love this Men's Health article for two reasons.  First and foremost it offers up great advice for a husband or boyfriend who wants to buy his wife or girlfriend, lingerie for Valentine's Day.  Secondly, and I love this, it illustrates the 3 stages of a relationship perfectly.  The first couple is still in the blush of new romance, so every effort thrills her.  For the second couple, the blush has worn thin. She expects him to "know" her better.  The third couple has made it through the second couple stage and learned from it.  It's all good.

My one piece of advice for the man seeking to buy it for his lady love for Valentine's Day?  It's a big one, so pay close attention.  No matter what your age...  No matter how charming or cute or beautiful you think it is... Do NOT...I repeat....Do NOT buy her lingerie panties that have been fashioned to look like long stemmed roses.  And do not leave them on her car windshield with a little note.  Especially if you don't know her very well.  It may seem like you're giving her flowers with a little bit of a twist, but you aren't.  You're giving her lingerie panties... in public.  Bad idea. You may mean well, but trust me...it'll creep her out.  Just buy her roses and give them in person.  Then when you've been dating for a while or are married, follow the good advice from this article.  You'll thank me later.
